Highsmith leads as play suspended in Puerto Rico

Joe Highsmith, the 23-year-old rookie who starred at Pepperdine, made 2 late birdies to get the lead before darkness prevented the rain-delayed second round of the Puerto Rico Open from being completed. He will return Saturday to finish his last 3 holes.
