The Wilson Staff Model CB irons are part of Wilson's premium lineup, known for their classic design, precision, and feel. Here are some key features and characteristics of the Wilson Staff Model CB irons:

  1. Classic Look: The Staff Model CB irons have a traditional and compact blade-style design that appeals to skilled players who prefer a clean and timeless appearance.

  2. Forged Construction: These irons are forged from soft carbon steel, which enhances their feel and responsiveness. The forging process also allows for precise shaping and positioning of the weight.

Glover, Vu continue comebacks in big weekend in golf

Some big comebacks and incredible shots happened in the PGA, LPGA and LIV this past weekend. Here's everything you might have missed.

Shot Scope PRO LX and PRO LX+ Laser Rangefinders

The Shot Scope PRO LX and PRO LX+ laser rangefinders are, technically speaking, the sixth and seventh new products introduced by the Scottish golf tech company this year. Also, technically speaking, these aren’t really new laser rangefinders.

Again, technically speaking, the PRO LX and PRO LX+ are updates to the rangefinders the company released a year and a half ago. And, still technically speaking, these laser rangefinders are not replacements for the marvelously priced Shot Scope PRO L2 which was released in April.

And, (you guessed it) technically speaking, we’re not talking about game-changing, earth-shattering updates, either. Instead, we’re talking about an upgrade here and a refinement there. If you already have a PRO LX or a PRO LX+, there’s no need to replace it.

With that said, it’s a fair question to ask why Shot Scope is even bothering. You’ll find the answer, dear reader, in the very last parade you attended.

Shot Scope PRO LX and PRO LX+ Laser Rangefinders

Manufacturers of anything other than consumables know they’re selling to a parade and you are the tuba player in the marching band. You may already have one of whatever it is they’re selling but maybe the oboe player behind you doesn’t. Or maybe it’s the guy on the Rotary Club float or the juggler riding the unicycle. They’re all potential customers.

Amazon Finds: Crestgolf Putting Golf Ball

The Problem

There are far too many putting training aids available on Amazon! How do you know which ones actually work to improve your putting stroke during practice?

The Solution

Introducing the Crestgolf Putting Practice Golf Ball. This unique golf ball features cut-off sides that offer better visual feedback on your practice putts. A well-executed putt will head straight towards the target while putts that curve to the sides indicate an open or closed putter face, providing instant feedback on your putting stroke.

How I Found It

Initially, I discovered this practice golf ball on Temu, though it’s also available on Amazon. It doesn’t have many reviews or exposure on Amazon but is a top-selling product on Temu. As a new father of two, my practice time is limited so I wanted to enhance my putting practice at home.

Upgrading my practice setup with a new mat and other accessories, I stumbled upon the Crestgolf Golf Ball. Given the positive reviews from our Forum Testers about the PuttOUT Devil Ball, I saw this as a great addition to my routine, hoping it would offer valuable feedback similar to what the Devil Ball testers found in their testing. At just $5 for a ball that won’t get lost in the woods, it seemed like a risk-free purchase to try and assess its effectiveness.

How it Works (or didn’t)

As with most Amazon Finds, this training-aid golf ball lives up to its claims. Although it doesn’t feel exceptionally soft (being a two-piece ball), it’s comparable to putting with a range ball, neither bad nor very good.
