Line extensions by way of new colorways have moved from industry trend to golfer expectation, so you had to know this was coming. For the tail end of the season, Mizuno has delivered with new finish options across three of its products: the JPX 925 Hot Metal irons, Mizuno Pro T-1, and Mizuno Pro T-3 wedges.
JPX 925 Hot Metal goes dark
Said another way, it’s the same iron, just moodier.
Denim copper comes to the T-1
The Denim Copper T-1 maintains its Grain Flow Forged HD construction from 1025E Pure Select Mild Carbon Steel with copper underlay, delivering that buttery-soft feel that’s unmistakably Mizuno.
All six sole options (S, M, P, C, V, and X grind) are available in the Denim Copper finish, though if you’re in Europe, you’re out of luck—this one’s US-only.
T-3 gets the stealth treatment
The shallow cavity back design and longer head shape remain unchanged, preserving the added forgiveness that distinguishes T-3. Three grind options (S, M, and C) are available.
The bottom line
And if you still prefer the look of chrome, the stock offerings aren’t going away.
The JPX 925 Hot Metal in Black Ion and Mizuno Pro T-3 in Black Ion will be available in both Europe and the USA, while the Mizuno Pro T-1 in Denim Copper is exclusive to the US market (because nothing says global product strategy like regional exclusivity).
