As a woman who has played golf for more than 30 years, I can tell you that most golf training aids will work for both men and women. However, this article isn’t necessarily about what works for men or women. It’s about which products address the issues that many women face in their golf game. Swing connection, low point control, tempo, consistency and learning how to generate power the right way. Here are some of my favorite women’s golf training aids of 2025.
Lag Shot Lady
Creating lag is one of the best ways to generate speed and consistency and many women don’t realize they’re losing power by starting the downswing with their arms or hands. My favorite part of this training aid is that you can hit balls with it.
Tour Striker Smart Ball
The Tour Striker Smart Ball is a good training aid to fix that.
You place the inflatable ball between your forearms and hit wedge or full shots. You’ll feel how the body, arms and club should move together as one connected unit. It’s a simple tool but it forces you to rotate your core and maintain width in the swing.
SuperStroke Alignment Stick Swing Trainer
It’s an ideal way to get visual feedback and learn drills that actually carry over to the course.
I love this one for women who go to the range and don’t know where to start or what to do.
Divot Board
If you tend to flip, scoop or hit fat/thin shots, learning to control your swing’s low point will clean up your ball striking. You can use this one indoors or out and with or without a golf ball.
Anti-Flip Stick
It’s affordable and it comes in a smaller size that works well for women’s golf clubs.
WellPutt Putting Mats
There are multiple options to choose from. Start with something like the WellPutt 10Ft mat and, if you like it, move up to the 10-foot or 13-foot Performance models.
Final thoughts
Golf training aids are only helpful if you use them. If you don’t think you will dedicate the time to any of these training aids, use a few tees, an alignment stick and a towel to practice drills. If you’re ready to work on specific skills and see a difference, I think any of these could help.
