Vokey WedgeWorks Introduces “Tour Toe Stamp”
Vokey WedgeWorks has unveiled its latest customization offering: Tour Toe Stamp. This gives everyday golfers the opportunity to game the same distinctive look that has been gaining popularity among PGA Tour professionals.
Oddly, it’s also the same look that set-matched wedges have offered for years. I guess sometimes the pros want to be more like us.
The Tour Toe stamp story

The Tour Toe Stamp option replaces traditional loft, bounce and grind markings on the sole with simple letter designations: P for pitching wedge, G for gap wedge, S for sand wedge, L for lob wedge. (I really hope you didn’t need me to spell that part out for you.)
This minimalist approach began as a practical solution on the PGA Tour when players wanted loft adjustments without changing the visual identification of their wedge type. If your 58-degree wedge is actually 59 degrees, wouldn’t it be better if it were just stamped “L”?
Maybe.

According to Vokey Tour Rep Aaron Dill, the trend started organically when Tour players needed custom loft adjustments but wanted to maintain the wedge’s identity. For example, a player might need a stronger-lofted sand wedge to achieve specific yardage gaps but didn’t want to see the actual loft number on the club. The simple “S” stamp provided the perfect solution.
The aesthetic caught on quickly as players spotted the clean look in competitors’ bags. Now, notable PGA Tour professionals including Will Zalatoris, Tom Kim and Wyndham Clark are gaming complete sets of toe-stamped Vokey SM10 wedges.
Available lofts and grinds
While you can’t get absolutely everything in the Vokey catalog, the Toe Stamp offering covers a practical range of loft and grind combinations:
P (Pitching Wedge): 46.10F G (Gap Wedge): 50.08F, 52.08F S (Sand Wedge): 54.10S, 54.14F, 56.10S, 56.14F L (Lob Wedge): 58.08M, 58.12D, 60.04T, 60.08M
Growing customization trend
The Vokey WedgeWorks Tour Toe Stamp option reflects the growing appetite for customization in golf equipment. While hardly revolutionary, it provides another way for golfers to personalize their wedges with what I guess qualifies as a “tour-authentic” look (or an authentically set-matched look).
Whatever works for you.

It’s particularly appealing to players who prefer the simplicity of letters over numbers for quick visual identification during play.
This Tour Toe Stamp offering joins Vokey’s robust customization program which has expanded significantly in recent years. The WedgeWorks customization options have traditionally included personalized stamping, toe engravings, custom paint fills and specialized grinds a bit too niche for the retail lineup.
Pricing and availability

The Vokey WedgeWorks Tour Toe Stamp option is available exclusively in Raw finish (most definitely not Slate Blue – The Best Finish) for right-handed golfers.
Tour Toe Stamp wedges are available now through Vokey.com. Retail price is $225 per wedge while supplies last.
As with other WedgeWorks offerings, additional personalization options remain available including shaft and grip selections to fully customize the wedge to the golfer’s specifications.
